Responsibility for OTA Payments
DASA Hospitality is a marketing and revenue management company. We are not responsible for any payment dues or delays from OTAs.
Setup Fees & Refunds
Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Any approved refunds (for other services) will be processed only via NEFT.
Service Termination
A minimum of 1-month written notice is required for termination of services.
Payment & Security
All payments are securely handled.
We take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of hotel credentials and passwords.
Website & Digital Rights
All website rights, unless transferred by written agreement, are reserved by DASA Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.
Legal Jurisdiction
Any legal matters or disputes will fall under the Pune jurisdiction only.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings canceled within 48 hours may be amended or refunded, as per applicable policies.
